Master John Ding, 6th Generation Yang Style and First disciple of Grandmaster Ip Tai Tak, 5th Generation Yang style and First disciple of Master Yang Sau Chung, Yang family lineage holder.

A rare opportunity to train openly with a Yang-style lineage holder!

He believes that the key to achieve excellence in traditional Tai Chi Chuan is through experiential training or Gau Sau. The concept of Gau Sau (exchange hands) will enable all participants to feel Cheung Kuen Se Ying (Snake Form) as practised and applied by the masters, to help you gain deeper insight and better understanding of this ancient Chinese art.

Levels:

The course is open to practitioners of all styles of Tai Chi Chuan and other martial arts practitioners interested to develop the internal martial arts.

This workshop is suitable for advanced students with a few years Tai Chi experience and have learned the long form.
