2022 Open Master Ding Academy Residential Retreat

For 2022, there will only be one Open Tai Chi Chuan residential retreat to be held in October for all styles of Tai Chi (complete beginners to Advanced) practitioners and external martial arts practitioners. This will take place at our new venue: Hockerill Anglo European College which is 10 minutes from Stansted Airport.
A Complete package - full board and lodging plus excellent Tai Chi Chuan training at the venue.
First day of arrival, Saturday 22nd October
- Participants can arrive any time and settle in their allocated rooms before the meeting
1300 - 1430 : Sandwiches and soup are available from 13:00 - 14:30
1500 - 1530 : General meeting for all participants at the Reflectory
1530 - 1730 : Tai Chi training
2000 to 2130 : Tai Chi training (optional)
Tai Chi Training programme from Sunday to Friday:
0600 - 0700 : Early morning Chi Kung practice
0700 - 0800 : Tai Chi Training
0800 - 0900 : Breakfast
0930 - 1230 : Tai Chi training with 20 minutes Tea/coffee break
1230 - 1330 : Lunch
1430 - 1730 : Tai Chi training with 20 minutes Tea/coffee break
1815 - 1915 : Dinner
2000- 2130 : Tai Chi training (optional)
Last day of training, Saturday 29nd October
- Morning training as normal and finishes at 11:30
- Lunch will be served at 11:45.
- All participants will be expected to leave the college by 14:00
An excellent opportunity to train with Master Ding and his instructors to improve your understanding and skills of traditional Tai Chi Chuan.
