Maria took up Tai Chi training for the first time in 2008 but after 3 years she took a break to go into her Shiatsu studies.
She has been training with Master Ding since 2016, qualifying as an instructor in 2018.
Maria works as a Shiatsu practitioner and is the secretary of the Shiatsu Society of Ireland.
Maria hails from Leon in Northwest Spain and has been living in Ireland since 2002.
